Give me some non-looping shooters for NES and I can probably get a FAQ or two up.

What do you mean shooters? Do you mean the zapper games or the games where your in a plane and keep going up while you shoot at all of those planes that come towards you. I'm not good with genres...

FFM, Gun-Nac is a good shooter that hasn't gotten a FAQ yet. See if you like it by reading the manual here: http://www.atarihq.com/tsr/manuals/gunnac.txt

HEY! I'm doing Gun-Nac! Stop sabotaging my work!
Just kidding, Adam. Anyway, I'm doing it kind of slowly. I've only done 2 levels so far. Hopefully it will pick up soon.

Oops, sorry Rev :) For some reason that game jumped first into my mind and after checking for a FAQ and seeing there was not one, decided to throw it out there...this thread is so long I forget who claimed what.

You could do After Burner now that mslpanthers faqs have been taken off the site, Insector X is also really good, although the graphics are a bit too colorful sometimes.

pj - why was mslpanthers guides take off the site?
Adam - yeah that game is pretty good. When I write FAQs for shooters, I usually just talk about the basics and then how to beat the bosses as I think that's all you really need. You think that's sufficient?

Here are a few of those shooters without Full FAQs:
1942
1943
Tiger Heli
Starship Hector
Dragon Spirit
Those are the only ones I have played that don't have FAQs yet and Dragon Spirit is basically one except your a dragon instead of a plane.
mslpanther's FAQs were taken down because of plagorism (I don't know any detail further than that.)

1942 is really repetitive and boring. 1943 is much better imo.

Yeah, the ending was a bit of a disappointment, the least thing they could have done was putting in a cool picture of your plane flying away or something.
Anyway, I've started working on a faq for Pesterminator and am still busy with Banana.

I tried submitting Venice Beach Volleyball and Blackjack under a different name. I don't think they have a very good chance of getting accepted, but we'll see. They're from merc for hire and my Maxi 15 FAQ. Let's just wait and see what happens with those before you add it to the list.

merc for hire's Rad Racket Tennis FAQ got accepted on our different name. Blackjack got rejected and Venice Beach Volleyball is still in queue. My Low G Man was accepted too. Also got a funny comment for the Blackjack FAQ. It was, "Poor BJ strategies right there..." hehe, I didn't try too hard at all though and I'm not that great at blackjack anyways. Still a god laugh ^.^

Just wondering if anyone who is interested in the AD&D series would want to write a FAQ/Walkthrough for AD&D Dragons of Flame. It is apparently a sequel to Heroes of the Lance, but much improved over that game. It was only released on the Famicom, but was recently translated into English. Seems like a decent game.

Venice Beach Volleyball was accepted on my other name (Antennaes.) If I don't finish Tom and Jerry by next week on Wednesday, I don't know when I'll finish it because I'm going to FAQ Gran Turismo 4 dragging me away from this project but I know I will have a lot of fun FAQing that game, I already got down the layout and a few other things and it's at 23kb. It's coming along really nice and the game's not even out yet. It looks great!

Just use the save state feature to your advantage. That's what I do when I FAQ. Press the save state button right before you reach the next enemy. If the next enemy hurts you, reload the state. Keep doing that until you get past the enemies without getting hurt. Then do the same thing for the boss.

Okay, I've put my "motivated to do some FAQing" shoes back on again.
Initially, I was going to start out by resuming my Rainbow Silkroad guide, but I saw DJ Tigresa had put that down as a project, so that one will continue to be on hiatus (but someday, I'll complete it and my incomplete Doraemon RPG guide).
So, my initial project now is Valkyrie no Bouken (Legend of Valkyrie). I'd started it a year or so ago and am feeling motivated to finish it thanks to a certain ulterior motive.
As of now, also mark me down for STED, Mirai Senshi Raios and Might and Magic. It'll take a while, but I'll get to all of those in due time. A possibility is Sugaro Quest, but that's up in the air as I don't know if want to deal with all the random crap caused by the dice rolling or not.

Okay, the site should be up to date now. As for Inferno's FAQs, I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do. I'll leave it on for now, and hopefully he'll post here.
I'm still doing Gun-Nac, but it won't be done anytime soon. It's about halfway finished, but I have been busy with other stuff lately.
