Well, I saw some site in someone's quote, and looking through the list of non-FAQed games, these two popped into my head as familiar:
Gauntlet II (Non-ending, semi-random floors, meaningless treasures...)
Roadblasters (I never did beat this, if it is possible... How many levels does this have anyway?)
I also know Magician. Er, just the title, and some vague memory of being confused at the start... A long time ago... Okay, so maybe I don't know Magician all that well...
That's about the end of my list of what not-yet-FAQed games I know.

OK, my new and improved Genghis Khan FAQ has been uploaded.
Gauntlet II (Non-ending, semi-random floors, meaningless treasures...)
That's funny. That's the FAQ I was going to attempt next. Lee, if you want to do it, go ahead, and I'll see if there are any games I can write a FAQ for.

Actually, after seeing Magician listed, I got curious, checked it, and wanted to make a FAQ for it after all. Of the three choices, that one was the one I least expected to do myself, and I already started it. You can go ahead and do Gauntlet II.
You can guess the quality of the finished product by looking at my sole FAQ, an in-depth one for Guardian Legend.
My contributor name isn't the same as my message board name. That might cause a little confusion, but I, FatRatKnight, want to keep my contributor name that way.

Mr. Kirwan, let me know if you want the COMPLETE list of spells for your Magician walkthrough. The spell lists on this site are either incomplete or incorrect in places. I have every single spell, thanks to a little help from a fellow named Skrybe.

That spell list would help. A lot. I count 111111 possible combinations with those runes and would like to avoid checking every possible combination just in case there was a spell I missed going through the main game.
Now that I'm going through the game, I see later on, one would love to know exactly what to do. I see the incomplete FAQ stops right at a point that I was wondering what to do. Even the Help spell doesn't give any help. I wasn't stuck long, as I was looking through my items, and thought the boat guy would like a little gold...
Anyway, I'm thinking anything else related to this game should go to the Magician board. I suppose here is fine, but I think it makes better sense there.

Alright, since I have the time today, I will write a quick FAQ for Banana Prince, also listed as Bananan Ouji no Daibouken. I already submitted the game data to cross link them but that should help a bit. If I get more time in the future, I will FAQ more NES games.

Finally submitted my Magician walkthrough. I'd call it less of a FAQ and more of a walkthrough. Still, going from beginning to end is better than incomplete.
Also, it's rushed. I rushed myself through, and it's quality may not be as good as I could make it, but at least it's complete. Let's hope it's accepted.
I'll hold off from making FAQs for a while. Athough there are two more titles I've missed, but know about:
Monster Truck Rally
Vindicators
So, that's makes a total of four games I can work on with decent speed and accuracy, because I know them a bit, but I'm not going to start working on a new one yet.

Looking over the list of games remaining, there aren't many others that I have played. I think I'll try for a Vindicators FAQ.

Chiguretha darling, let me know if you need the Alpha Mission manual to spruce up your FAQ a bit.
Also, all but 1 of my Sachen Game Data submissions have gone through (except for Auto-Upturn, which is still on queue). We should now be able to have a better idea of what percentage of NES games still need to be FAQed (not Mini-FAQed like some seem to be lately). I'd still like to go through the list and eliminate games which I KNOW either do not exist or are incorrect entrys.

Yep, many Nintendo Tapes roll. Not an entirely bad thing when the extent of the endings is usually "Congradulation!" though ;).

I just finished one for WWF King of the Ring...nothing special, but if it's deemed worthy, I'll allow it to be used. I already have RetroNintendo as one of the sites allowed to host it in the legal section. Uploading it today, so whenever they post it up you guys can have a go at it. And it's only the second FAQ under my belt, and the first is, as yet, unfinished...and it's not a walkthrough, so I don't think it qualifies. But this is a great idea and I would like to be a part of it. :)

Wizard, that depends more or less on what kind of guide it is. Not all games really require a walkthrough - guides under this project are those that cover games completely (a "full circle" guide on Gamefaqs) - so for a wrestling game that's often a move list as such. So it really depends on what kind of guide you wrote.
Regardless, don't feel like you _need_ to write complete guides for games, just write what you want. And if you are going to write for the NES, I urge you to continue. =)

It's basically just a wrestler list and moveset, and a control layout. Nothing too fancy, but you can't really do much with it, it IS a wrestling game. I was going to put a strategies section, but when I replayed the game again for the first time in years, there didn't seem to be much besides "Kick, Kick, he falls, Stomp, Stomp, he gets up, repeat" so it seemed a bit redundant. If you can use it, great, if not, no biggie. I'm not sure exactly what I can contribute...do I use the FAQ list on faqs.retronintendo.com or the list on the main retroninteno site? There's alot of games on the main site that are missing FAQs, and I have a fair number, and could possibly plow through a few of them fairly quickly if they're needed (and not called).
Oh, and thanks for the welcome :) I only have the two guides up here, one probably doesn't qualify, and the one I submitted earlier which I'm not sure if it has been posted yet (haven't looked). Any sort of feedback would be appreciated though, as I'm pretty new to the whole FAQ process.

Wow...no edit button :/
Anyway, I just realized that you may have been talking about the first guide (actually, that's very plausible...) which is an Item List for Wizardry: Knight of Diamonds. I also noticed the game was claimed, although technically Wizardry II was Legacy of Llylgamyn in Japan (do an image search if you don't believe me), it's listed as KoD here, so I would assume it's the same for the project. I was going to submit the error to the DB, but figured it wasn't really worth it, since there were guides already submitted. Just thought it was worth a mention...
And to the guy that claimed KoD: You're free to use my list in the FAQ...it'll save you the time of compiling it all...with the following two conditions: 1. You give me credit (which probably goes without saying), and 2. You help me fill in the blanks if possible (if you get a Ninja early or something...that'd really help...and you'll get credit in my guide for any help). Two heads can get it done faster, as some of the items are a real pain to get.
Oh, and Adam...been meaning to ask on NESWorld...which 13 games do you still need to finish?

Anybody else working on anything currently, like a Tetsuwan Atom FAQ ;)
Wizard, the games left for me to finish are mostly the Koei strategy games with a smattering of others:
Bandit Kings of Ancient China (Koei)
F-117A Stealth Fighter (Microprose)
Gemfire (Koei)
L'Empereur (Koei)
Miracle Piano Teaching System (Mindscape)
Nobunaga's Ambition II (Koei)
Overlord (Virgin)
Pirates (Ultra)
Pool of Radiance (FCI)
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 2 (Koei)
Silent Service (Ultra)
Ultima: Warriors of Destiny (FCI)
Uncharted Waters (Koei)
I've had a very strong urge to play through Pirates lately, but have had very little time. A game like that needs a good, dedicated chunk of time set aside for it.
Perhaps I will use ASchultz's guide and play through Pool of Radiance next. Those Koei games scare me.

If you want an easy win on Romance II, start with Liu Bei on Scenario 1. Granted, he only has 2 generals, but pump them with 100 troops, max weapons, and max training and they're tanks. The only general stronger is Lu Bu, but you don't want him - he has a tendancy to switch sides in battle, regardless of loyalty. Also, if Lu Bu is a governor (not for you mind you...for an opponent...you wouldn't want it to happen to you) he makes a great target for Tiger-Wolf (revolt). Anyway, first thing you do is make a mad dash for Province 19. It has the most free generals, and the highest population. Also, most of the free generals there are Shu-aligned, which helps your loyalty. And the almighty Zhuge Liang is there - you'll never find a better advisor. Also, keep an eye out for Zhao Yue (it's a typo...supposed to be Zhao Yun), Huang Zhong, and Ma Chao (who's in his father's employ at the start...either take out Ma Teng or wait for someone else to do it), as they are highly loyal to Liu Bei and are VERY powerful generals. But do that game after some of the others...I can't even play Genghis Khan, Nobunaga's Ambition, or the original RoTK because of the single-action-per-province-per-turn crap (RoTKII is one action per general). I beat Silent Service way back, but don't ask me how...I can barely play the game now lol. And Pirates should be a quick run for ya...not too tough. Uncharted Waters is long, but you should have no trouble with that either. I haven't really played the others...

Thanks for the info wizard. I may try that one next. I haven't even tried Unchartered Waters or Silent Service yet. Haven't heard a whole lot of good about Silent Service.
On a FAQ Completion Project related note, I am soon to be doing an article on the unreleased NES game Thomas the Tank Engine, in which case I will probably end up doing a FAQ for it as well.

Sorry guys, I'm dropping Conflict for the time being. I signed up so long ago and had the drive to do it then, and now when I start writing for it - I just can't, no motivation for it anymore.
Sign me up for Shingen The Ruler and Space Harrier, which I will probably get into soon after I start some SMS guides. I bought Shingen today, and it's going to be difficult to write for, but I'm kind of hooked so it'll be rewarding.

Heh, thanks. I booted Space Harrier up on my Master System the other day, using this joystick thing instead of the control pad. I was promptly and embarrassingly whooped ;). But I swear it was because of the drag on the stick!

You can cross Famicom Wars off the list. I couldn't actually find a list on that link but I am assuming that it was on the list since there wasn't a FAQ for it.

Ah, do the game for the bounty? If not you should claim it now.
Welcome to the project,

This is the link to the list of incomplete games. The link in the first post has since been outdated,

While I didn't do the FAQ for the bounty, the bounty is what led me to realize it was unwritten. I tried to claim the bounty but it says I don't have a valid entry. Any ideas?

Sorry to double post but any ideas what games on that list are the easiest to find in the US? A top 5 list would be helpful so I know what I am looking for when I go to the local game shop.
