| ASchultz, your Banana faq is very impressive, i've tried to play the game a few times in the past and I can't barely believe that anyone can come far in the game let alone finish it. |

With parasol Stars now posted, I have submitted 31 FAQs for this project... really is a kick ass thing to think that I have helped add to that impressive 226 total FAQ submitted (once Dev updates it in there). In fact, way to go everyone, we have really made this project a smash success! Only two ahead of me, not like it's a competition or anything. ;) I might actually start getting back into FAQing while I'm in school, I plan on dropping my AP class for a really easy and laid back class so I should have a lot of free time in school. I might give up a bit of time from BF2 for FAQing again. --- Don't **** with Da Hui |

Thanks kivah--well, I cheated a bit on level 60(used a power up) but it did take a lot of effort and I appreciate the notice! One of the keys to figuring out the tougher levels is that you have to notice what you CAN'T do and then work backwards from there, or find a way to get that hard-to-get food. A lot of times I "got close" 5 times before figuring something out. Also, there's often something that looks out of place and you wonder what on earth it's doing there, like a ladder in the middle of nowhere. Usually it's for something. Then of course you have to learn to resist taking the easy food without a good reason. Implied in this is that, yes, Banana is done. 100179 bytes all told. I think I will need to check it though. It looks like there are still a few intriguing puzzle games left but I should finish up Crystal Mines and also recover from Banana. --- http://www.livejournal.com/users/bloglecruncheon Backdated since 2003. I sent in a guide for Tower of Babel. It covers the 64 normal levels. But there are 64 "pro" levels too. I'm not sure if this counts. For instance, Kickle Cubicle has full circles for gudes with and without the "extra" levels which are really the ones that need it. Well I'll probably do the pro levels anyway...so this is either a reservation or a claimed complete. --- http://www.livejournal.com/users/bloglecruncheon Backdated since 2003. Y.T.W.S.R. |

Tower of Babel(NES) is finished, along with that wretched level 27. If there's another automatic update, this morning's half-circle FAQ will evaporate. I'd like to reserve Flipull next. I'm focusing on puzzle games at the moment. As for stats, add another 171 KB to the pile. And if I finish Crystal Mines, that's another 300 KB or so just waiting Cool to see a friendly rivalry between the leaders in FAQs produced here. Okay, three things: 1. Sorry about the long absence, been busy with RL stuff. 2. Scratch me off Big Nose Freaks Out...I may get around to doing that one, but as of yet I haven't even bothered to play it much. Wizardry: LoL and Wheel of Fortune f/Vanna White are both still on the way, although I haven't done much on Wheel, so if anyone wants to take it over, let me know, and I'll send what I've got. LoL kinda cack-slapped me there, but I'm working on getting back to where I was, just a matter of time. 3. Working on getting a copy of Dragon Wars, although I'm not sure what the chances are of it. If I land one though, I'll put my name down for it. Be kinda cool since there's only one known copy of it ;) |

the_wizard_666...cool that you have Dragon Wars to FAQ. Use what you'd like from my PC guide, if it helps any. I'd be interested to see how similar the games are. I really liked it for the Apple. Also looking forward to how Wizardry III shakes out for you. It was the best of the lot on my old Apple. This talk of Dragon Wars made me go looking for Magic Candle, which apparently only had a Japanese version. If I knew Japanese--and how to go about translating a ROM--I'd start doing so already. I suspect it's scaled down a bit but still fun--hey, Might and Magic even *improved* with a NES port. It would be cool to have a MSN/AIM chat about this though I know many of the main contributors(mysellf included) are really very busy. --- http://www.livejournal.com/users/bloglecruncheon Backdated since 2003.
